Your comfort and safety is our top priority.
Please read below so you know what to expect when arriving for classes or appointments

Keeping you safe during therapy appointments

  • Please try not to arrive more than 5 minutes before your appointment time

  • Only bring along what is necessary & come alone unless you require assistance or a
    chaperone

  • Your therapist will meet you at the entrance to the Nurture & will be wearing
    appropriate PPE

  • Please wear a face covering

  • Your temperature will be taken with a non-contact thermometer before you enter.

  • Your therapist will direct you upstairs & follow a safe distance behind

  • Please use the hooks in the hall for all belongings you do not need during your
    appointment

  • There is an automatic sanitising at the top of the stairs

  • You’ll be directed to your therapy room and your appointment will continue in a safe
    way appropriate to the therapy you have chosen

  • Your therapist will ask you to sign a Covid-specific consent declaration before
    treatment commences

  • At the end of your appointment, you’ll be asked to dispose of temporary face
    coverings & to wash or sanitise your hands

  • Another appointment will be booked before you leave if appropriate & we have a non-contact payment system. We cannot accept cash

Keeping You Safe During Your Yoga Class

  • Please book online prior to class to ensure non-contact payment

  • Try to use a toilet before you arrive

  • Please wear a face covering (you can remove it when on your mat)

  • Only bring along what is necessary (we don’t have lockers or changing facilities)

  • Bring your own mats/props wherever possible. Mats are available to hire for £1 and are thoroughly disinfected before & after use.

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class - your teacher will meet you in the stairwell to greet you when you arrive

  • Your temperature will be taken with a non-contact thermometer before you enter to ensure everybody’s safety

  • You can hang coats and bags in the hall

  • Please sanitise your hands at the station at the top of the stairs before you enter

  • Choose a mat space, marked with white tape and you can place your shoes nearby

  • When everyone is settled, you’ll be offered a chance to use the bathroom before class begins

  • At the end of class, please wear your face covering and respect social distancing

  • Please sanitise your hands again as you leave.
