There are a wealth of benefits to a regular yoga and meditation practice and many companies and organisations are now choosing to support staff wellbeing by investing in regular classes for their employees. Such investment has been shown to reduce absence due to sickness and so can prove beneficial for continued productivity as well as promoting satisfaction in the workplace.
We host classes at our spacious, peaceful studio at Nurture and each session is a private bespoke class especially for you and your employees. All our teachers are fully qualified practitioners with a wealth of experience teaching diverse groups including those with physical and mental health challenges.

How much do I need to invest in staff wellbeing sessions?
Our prices start at a minimum of £100 for a 60 minute class for up to 15 attendees.
We can also tailor bespoke packages for your individual staff needs. These can include yoga, meditation and complementary health services and investment depends upon the unique needs of your organisation.
