Sophie was introduced to the wonders of Reiki 2012 when she qualified as a Reiki one practitioner, since then she has gone on to study and qualify in Reiki level 2 and Reiki Masters. Reiki has been embedded into Sophies life for over 10 years. Reiki has fuelled her to follow a life that is dedicated to the wellness of myself and others. Sophie offers weekly Reiki treatments and appointments, so has a deep knowledge of offering Reiki as a practice.

The body is our home, it is your sacred space that deserves to be nurtured and cherished. Reiki allows us to come home to the body, it is a key component in the connection back to the self, it is part of the self healing process.

First Degree Reiki Training in Saddleworth

Saddleworth Reiki One Training:

  During this course of the Usui system of natural healing you will learn:

•  How to use the Reiki energy for healing the self, friends and family.

•  You will be given a comprehensive manual on Reiki, its history, philosophy and background.

•  You will receive the Reiki first degree attunement.

•  Guided meditation

• Learn how to give yourself a Reiki treatment/ treatments to friends and family and have the chance to practice with each other.

• Create a deeper understanding of the chakra system

• Create a deeper connection to yourself and others on the course.

• This course will be a small intimate group of people, that will take place in a beautiful, peaceful studio. You will also access to the therapy rooms & treatment couches to practice giving each other treatments.

• Receive your Reiki one certificate.

Second Degree Reiki Training in Saddleworth

Reiki 2 empowers you to grow and develop as a Reiki Practitioner, it is the next step on your Reiki journey, allowing yourself to go deeper into the teachings of Reiki as it empowers you as a Reiki practitioner.

Following this course you will be able to use Reiki as a professional therapist.

 You will receive a full manual containing all the information you will need to  guide you through this next part of you Reiki journey.

 You will learn 3 of the sacred Reiki symbols and how to use them in your life and in treatments. You will have the opportunity to practice Reiki treatments on each other and yourself, exploring using your own intuition and the Reiki symbols in each treatment.

Saddleworth Reiki Two Training:

During this course of the Usui system of natural healing you will learn:

• Introduction to second degree reiki

• Understanding and using three of the sacred reiki symbols

• Cleansing and protecting a space using reiki and the reiki symbols

• How and when to offer remote reiki healing

• How to program self reiki healing into your past and future timelines

• Continued development through Reiki

• Second degree reiki attunements

• You will be given a comprehensive manual on Reiki 2
