“Every season has its own sense of magic and pleasures that we get to enjoy and embrace. Welcoming the wild edges of autumn is an afternoon to honour and celebrate the seasonal changes.”
Welcoming the wild edges of Autumn workshop: Saturday 16th September 1-4pm £35
Autumn is a time of crisp nature walks, where the earth is painted with orange and red leaves, a time for cosy candlelight evenings, warm teas and enchanting stories.
Join Sophie at Nurture Saddleworth in collaberation with the Sober Buttery community for a celebration of these beautiful seasonal changes.
The celebration of Autumn will entail:
Restorative Twilight Yoga, stories, poetry and soothing music all around the changing of the seasons.
Candlelight guided yoga Nidra (guided relaxation), journaling and a whole lot of nature appreciation.
You will spent the afternoon cocooned in pure, restful joy. The ultimate combination to offer yourself a little bit of love and connection through the changing of the seasons.
Saturday 16th September 1-4pm £35
Who’s Leading Your Workshop?
Sophie fell in love with the practice of Yoga during one of her travelling adventures to India. Fuelled by a love and passion for movement, she went on to qualify as a Yoga teacher in 2017 and since then has been teaching full-time.
In each of her classes, workshops and retreats she embeds folk stories, poetry, songs, music and a whole lot of magic. Sophie’s greatest inspiration in life is nature “nature and people are simply part of one another” so you can expect practices inspired by the seasons and all of nature’s teachings.
