This course is an opportunity to explore how mindfulness and meditation
can help with general well-being. It is suitable for people new to
mindfulness or meditation and those who have some experience and would
like to refresh or reinvigorate their current practice.
The course will be delivered in four 75-minute sessions and will involve
some gentle and relaxing meditations, guidance about the use of
mindfulness in everyday life and opportunity to share with other participants
