This will be a chance to connect with your dog on a calm and deep level. Take some time out of your busy life and just be with your dog.
The workshop will entail: Guided Meditation and Conscious Connection.
Body mapping- explore your dog’s body on a different level and find areas of comfort and discomfort that you weren’t aware of.
Massage- explore a light, yet very effective massage technique you can continue to use at home.
Essential oils.
Qigong- this is for you! Release tension and allow your energy to flow and nourish your body.
Smoothie to share- we finish with a freshly made, healthy smoothie, that you can share with your dog (and take the recipe home, so you can continue your own smoothie journey with your dog)
