Just wanted to drop by to share the journey of our rhubarb (we are very proud of how amazing and big it grew)!
We grow our fruit and veg organically and with a no dig approach. This year was our first harvest of rhubarb and the joy it brought to our lives was wonderful.
The rhubarb was picked, the leaves were chopped off and popped in our compost bin, then the stalks were cut up into small pieces and stewed to make our own homemade stewed rhubarb (it was delicious).
To stew the rhubarb, we just added a little sugar and water to a pan and then stew the rhubarb on a low heat. Pop it on top of yogurt or your morning porridge
