Yoga by candlelight and Rest is an evening of pure soothing magic for the body, mind and soul. A chance to slow down, unwind and rebalance as we begin to transition into Autumn.
The evening will entail:
Restorative twilight yoga, stories and poetry, soothing music, candlelight meditation and a rejuvenating mini head massage, just to add to more relaxation to this evening.
You will spent the evening cocooned in pure, restful joy. The ultimate combination to offer yourself a little bit of love and connection through the Autumn months.

Who’s Leading Your Workshop?
Sophie fell in love with the practice of Yoga during one of her travelling adventures to India. Fuelled by a love and passion for movement, she went on to qualify as a Yoga teacher in 2017 and since then has been teaching full-time.
In each of her classes, workshops and retreats she embeds folk stories, poetry, songs, music and a whole lot of magic. Sophie’s greatest inspiration in life is nature “nature and people are simply part of one another” so you can expect practices inspired by the seasons and all of nature’s teachings.
