As the days grow shorter and the world outside takes on the stillness of winter, we often find ourselves yearning for a pause—a chance to step away from the busyness of everyday life and reconnect with the quiet, grounding rhythm of the season.

Why Winter?
Living in harmony with winter involves embracing the season's quiet wisdom and allowing it to teach us the value of stillness, patience, and renewal. Our bodies need their winter, nature does not bloom all year around and neither can we. It is a season of spaciousness, where the silence becomes a canvas for renewal.

Who’s Leading Your Workshop?
Sophie fell in love with the practice of Yoga during one of her travelling adventures to India. Fuelled by a love and passion for movement, she went on to qualify as a Yoga teacher in 2017 and since then has been teaching full-time.
In each of her classes, workshops and retreats she embeds folk stories, poetry, songs, music and a whole lot of magic. Sophie’s greatest inspiration in life is nature “nature and people are simply part of one another” so you can expect practices inspired by the seasons and all of nature’s teachings.
