Deepening the Practice of Yoga: Autumn practice: Integrating restfulness into activity.
Join Jane for an invigorating, therapeutic practice based on the tenets of ayurveda, the ancient life science of India.
We look at qualities and functions that may go out of balance at this significant transitional time.
Through breath, steady asana, sound, experiential recall and cultivating focus, we will create tools for surviving the passage into shorter ,cooler days.
We will also consider uplifting facets of autumn alongside how to support the natural melancholy of the turning season.
If you are interested in going deeper into the philosophy that is integral to the practices please come and join me.
